ADP Payroll/Benefits Administrator
This position is responsible for administering and communicating benefit programs to our employees under the supervision of Human Resources Manager. Another major part of this position is processing of Payroll Via ADP ( Bi Weekly Payroll) for 160 employees. In addition, the role will act as the Benefits Help Desk and assist employees with any benefit and payroll questions. Ideal candidate will need to possess advance administrative capabilities, ability to multi-task, learn quickly and also work well in a fast pace environment.

Duties:
Compute wages, post wage data to payroll records utilizing ADP
Data entry of all Personnel information in ADP and vendor portals
Prepare payroll related reports, bi weekly payroll system
Maintain employee files.
Act as customer service to employees with questions regarding their payroll as well as benefits administration.
Prepare monthly medical and life insurance reports.
Assist employees with payroll and/or benefit related concerns.


Requirements:
Prefer candidates with a BA degree. Or at least a AA degree in Business Related Fields.
Must have experience with ADP. Prefer years of experience 3-5+ in a generalist role.
Previous experience with 401 administration & benefit plan management
Must be comfortable assisting a vast number of employees with miscellaneous HR policy questions/issues pertaining to medical, dental, 401k, as well as leaves of absence.
Minimum of 1 year hands on HR experience, preferably in the benefits administration area.
Above average communication skills and the ability to work with both employees and managers while conveying a positive and professional image.
Must be proficient in MS Office software.
Knowledge of SAP software would be a plus.
Must be able to communicate English fluently, in oral & written skills.
Bilingual Spanish a plus
