Description
A leading provider of architectural decorative products in the local area is expanding their staff in the Customer Service/Inside Sales Department. This manufacturing company that specializes in texture & colored concrete products is looking for candidates with a background working in an Inbound Call Center answering a high volume of calls. Duties include, but not limited to, Order Entry & Tracking Shipments, Billing Inquiries & Scheduling deliveries. Accurate and Fast Data Entry scores are necessary to meet deadlines. These are Full Time and Permanent 1st shift positions. Pay is between $14- $17/hr depending on experience. Knowledge of MAS 200 is a big Plus. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Candidates must have a Teamwork mentality and an ability to work in a stressful environment.
